Leonard is a chartered member of the CIOB and a charted member of IOSH, he is also a chartered environmentalist also with a level 7 and level 8 in strategic business management. He brings extensive expertise in compliance, risk management and ISO standards, ensuring that our operations meet and exceed industry requirements.
As safety director, Leonard leads all aspects of health and safety management within the company and across client projects. His background covers construction, facilities management and consultancy, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the challenges faced by both contractors and clients.

Jonathan is a chartered fellow of the chartered institute of building (FCIOB) and a highly qualified professional with an NVQ level 7 in construction management and an RFQ in business management.
Starting his career as a qualified electrician, Jonathan built his leadership on a strong foundation of technical knowledge and practical experience. His approach combines clear strategic vision with a hands-on understanding of construction and facilities management.
